Role Overview
We are looking for an Event Operations Support who is highly organized, proactive, and communication-driven to support our events operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in administrations needed for events
* Organize marketing assets (photos, videos, client documentation) of events
* Update Google Drive, Notion, or internal systems with the latest materials
* Support Event preparation needs
* Handle inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone in professional English
* Maintain timely, proactive, and high-quality communication with potential clients
* Assist in CRM updates (Odoo or similar systems)
* Support preparation of proposals or katalog for event
* Liaise with operations team for event documentation (photos/videos)
* Coordinate with designers or external vendors when needed
* Ensure smooth events execution
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin, or events support
* Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Confident in handling client communications (chat, email, phone)
* Familiar with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and basic marketing tools
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
* Proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership
* Interest in events, lifestyle, and hospitality industry
