What You’ll Do?
- Lead end-to-end event execution: planning, budgeting, production, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting
- Source, negotiate, and manage venues, vendors, and production partners
- Coordinate talents, guests, speakers, and VIPs schedules, needs, and hospitality
- Create and control event budgets, ensuring efficiency without losing quality
- Curate and coordinate wardrobe mix & match to support the event’s overall look and brand vibe
- Handle all event administration: proposals, timelines, contracts, permits, and reports
- Bring fresh ideas, creative thinking, and strong execution into every event
What We’re Looking For?
- Minimum 4 years experience as an Event Manager (or similar role/education field)
- Proven track record managing events end-to-end
- Fluent in english and indonesian professional
- Strong budgeting, vendor negotiation, and administrative skills
- Creative thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics and styling
- Savvy, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Female candidate preferred, max. 36 years old
