Job description for Event Coordinator at PT Lokomotif Konten Digital
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Freelance Project Manager to join our team for a fixed-term project period from July to September 2026! You’ll be responsible for managing offline project—including exhibitions, concerts, festivals, MICE, and B2B events—from start to finish. Your goal? Ensure everything runs smoothly, stays on budget, meets deadlines, and exceeds client expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in project manager (preferably in a similar industry). Bonus points if you have a strong interest in the K-Tourism sector.
- Up-to-date with trends in exhibitions, concerts, festivals, MICE, and B2B events.
- Proven experience in managing MICE and B2B events, specifically handling audiences of at least 200 participants, is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Korean language skills? A big plus!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- 🎯 Planning: Develop project plans, budgets, team management, schedules, and creative ideas.
- 📞 Communication: Act as the key contact between teams, clients, and third parties to ensuring smooth coordination, updates, and revisions.
- 📊 Monitoring: Keep everything on track and ensure the project runs according to plan.
- 📝 Reporting: Provide project reports to directors and clients.
