Job description
Responsibilities :
1. Project Development
- Leading project planning sessions
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Managing relationships with stakeholders
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Conducting project review and reports for team improvement
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
2. Team Management
- Review overall team skill
- Provide constructive criticism for team or individual
- Provide Improvement plan for team member, along with principal
- Provide technical guide where necessary
- Conducting performance review for individual member of team
3. Team Building
- Review and improving engineering ladder implementation, along with Principal and CTO
- Make sure all team member liveup to bobobox engineering culture
- Define hiring process & requirement
Requirements :
- More than 3 years in Software Engineering
- Experienced in leading a team
- Willing to dedicated majority of your work time for coding
- Experienced with startup tech stack & development process
- Willing to be based in Bandung
