CAD-IT is the region's go-to Industry 4.0 solutions partner, and we're growing our ANSYS electronics simulation business — we're looking for an Electronics & Electrical Sales Engineer who combines deep domain knowledge with a proven ability to open doors and close deals in the electronics and semiconductor space.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and grow a portfolio of accounts in Singapore's electronics and semiconductor sector, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through new business, cross-sell, and upsell of ANSYS simulation software and services
• Understand customer engineering challenges across IC design, PCB design, RF/Microwave, embedded systems, and NPI/test engineering — and recommend tailored ANSYS solutions accordingly
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans including customer profiles, value mapping, strategy, goals, tactics, and milestones
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events and seminars
• Create and deliver compelling, technically credible sales presentations and proposals tailored to each customer's engineering context
• Stay current with ANSYS's evolving electronics product suite — including HFSS, SIwave, and related tools — to effectively position CAD-IT as the simulation partner of choice
• Work closely with technical application engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver strong pre- and post-sales support
• Submit accurate sales forecasts, progress updates, and maintain proper CRM documentation of all sales activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, solution selling, or consultative sales in engineering software or electronics-related sectors
• Knowledge and understanding across one or more of: IC design, PCB design, embedded systems, test/NPI engineering, or RF/Microwave engineering
• Familiarity with ANSYS HFSS, SIwave, or related electronics simulation tools is a strong advantage
• Proven track record selling solutions into the electronics and semiconductor industry
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers through consultative selling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Nice to Have
• Experience with signal integrity, power integrity, or thermal simulation workflows
• Existing network within Singapore's electronics or semiconductor ecosystem
• Exposure to EDA tools or adjacent simulation environments
