Electrical Engineer – Qualifications
General Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Male, Max 35 years old
3. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if relevant)
4. Strong understanding of electrical systems (low voltage and/or high voltage)
5. Able to read and create wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and single-line diagrams
6. Proficient in software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar
7. Familiar with electrical panel installation, electric motors, and control systems
8. Basic knowledge of PLC (Mitshubishi, Omron, Siemens etc) is an advantage
9. Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
10. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
11. Able to work independently as well as in a team
12. SIM A & SIM C Licenses and willing to travel for business trips / site visits
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
14. Fluent in english (writen & spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in industrial electrical systems, automation, or pump systems
2. Familiar with electrical standards (IEC, PUIL, etc.)
3. Certification in Electrical Safety (K3) or related field is a plus
