Job description for Ecommerce Performance Specialist at PMI Haircare
Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the sole importer and distributor of ghd and K18 in Indonesia.
We work closely with professional salons, beauty retailers, and industry partners to deliver premium hair tools and treatments to the Indonesian market.
We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Performance Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketplace performance across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and related digital commerce channels.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving marketplace growth through sales optimization, campaign execution, digital ads monitoring, live commerce coordination, and performance analysis. You will also work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure strong execution and sustainable business growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing, stock readiness, vouchers, bundles, and campaign setup across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace sales performance, traffic, conversion, GMV, ROAS, and other ecommerce metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
- Execute and optimize ecommerce campaigns, marketplace ads, Meta ads, affiliate support, and live commerce activities to maximize sales and visibility.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Design, Operations, SCM, and Finance to ensure smooth ecommerce execution.
- Optimize product pages through keyword implementation, visual improvements, product descriptions, and conversion-focused content strategies.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketplace growth and operational effectiveness.
- Support live commerce readiness and collaborate with host/live teams to ensure campaign execution runs effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, digital commerce, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
- Experienced in marketplace campaign execution, ecommerce ads, Meta ads, sales performance analysis, and conversion optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, GMV, and marketplace traffic analysis.
- Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and execution.
- Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
