Job description for Ecommerce Marketing (Ads & KOL Specialist) at PT Maju Express Indonesia
Job Descriptions :
• Responsible for the advertising of the company's brand on social media channels such as Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.
• Manage online branding and marketing strategic including Digital Marketing and e-commerce functions.
• Support partner digital activities as per agreed contract including eCommerce activities, where specified.
• Development and implementation of strategic plan for digital and eCommerce activity in identified target territories.
• Manage SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences
• Managing and developing influencer connection for company branding and marketing development
• Involve in ideation and creation of influencer campaign in acquiring and maintaining KOL or influencer
• Responsible for all endorsement activities
• Analyze and monitor KOL performance
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in any background.
• At least 2 years experience, especially META Ads, CPAS Ads, dan Tiktok Ads
• Familiar with advertising, and have mature strategies and optimization ideas for advertising
• Solid knowledge of website analytical tools (Google Analytics, etc).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Having good and extensive networking with KOL/Influencers/Buzzer/Communities
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Proven history of success in SEO, SEM, and Digital Campaigns.
• Strong in campaign creation.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A team player who can work well independently when required.
