Job description for Ecommerce Executive at Công ty TNHH Phúc Giang (PGI)
Responsible for merchandising AWG’s e-store (Tiktok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Website) and managing product, price, promotion, stock and CRM.
• Develop and execute the online merchandising strategy.
• Generate new business from existing customers (Ecom platforms), and identify and develop new ecom business units.
• Provide ongoing sales reporting and analysis, focusing on ROI, conversion rate and other marketing KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with platform partners to maximize sales performance.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and Regional team to meet deliverables.
• Set up, optimize, and analyze advertising to maximize ecommerce sales.
• Manage and collaborate with KOLs/KOCs, oversee livestream hosts working with the store.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team on content planning, KOLs/KOCs booking, external traffic, and TikTok ads.
• Coordinate with other departments (Warehouse, Accounting, etc.) to handle orders, returns, and refunds, enhancing customer experience.
• Manage and grow customer database through acquisition campaigns, brand partnerships, and innovative strategies.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure accuracy of new products/ promotions details display across platforms and optimal user experience.
Requirement
Must have:
• At least 2 years of experience in Ecommerce
• Strong Relationship with KAM or higher position in Ecom platform.
• Proficient (intermediate) skills on MS Office software pack.
• Advanced skills in managing social networks and online sales portals.
• Know the online sales flow/pattern on many different Ecom Platform and Online websites.
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives.
