Job description for Digital Marketing Strategist at MOI Group
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and sales.
- Analyze market data and website performance to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans.
- Conduct keyword research and develop SEO/SEM strategies to increase website rankings in search engines.
- Analyze digital campaign data and report results, including ROI and other KPIs, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Liaising with creative teams and web developers to develop effective marketing content and support overall marketing goals.
- Data analysis: The ability to collect, analyze and interpret data is a very important skill for this position. You need to be knowledgeable about different types of data, including user behavior data and sales data, in order to understand how your marketing strategy is working and make informed decisions based on that information.
- SEO/SEM: Ability to optimize websites or content for search rankings and manage online advertising campaigns through SEM is also required. You should have a solid understanding of search engine algorithms and effective SEO/SEM techniques.
- Marketing: You should have a good understanding of the basic concepts of marketing, including market segmentation, targeting and positioning. The ability to create a marketing plan and properly implement it is a critical skill for success in this position.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential for this position, especially when it comes to effective reporting and presentation. You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Personality Analysis: You must have the ability to analyze and understand customer behavior and preferences. An understanding of customer motivations and preferences is an essential skill for building an effective and successful marketing strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field (+).
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position (+).
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and data analytics.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite/Drive
- Good knowledge of content, design, and video tools such as Adobe (+).
- Knowledge of SEO practices.
- Certification as a PPC specialist or paid search specialist (+).
- Highly strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to make data-driven decisions and achieve results
