Job Description
- Support weekly and monthly inventory reporting
- Update promotional campaign details and coordinate with warehouse operations
- Maintain and update affiliate product order tagging data
- Conduct research on the latest marketplace platform policies and regulations, then summarize key updates for the operations team
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to supply chain activities
Requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas are mandatory
- Basic understanding of supply chain, inventory management, or e-commerce operations (through coursework, projects, or certifications is a plus)
- Familiar with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Microsoft Teams
- Experience using Order Management Systems (OMS) is an advantage
