Job description for E-commerce Specialist at Baller Indonesia Sentosa
Role and Job Description:
- Support Marketing Team to create promotional strategy in Marketplace / E-Commerce
- Responsible for daily operations (store operations, sales, after sales, etc.) and marketing campaigns in Marketplace / E-Commerce (voucher, promotion, launching new product, etc.)
- Optimize store exposure through store and product display settings
- Evaluate monthly transaction data, competitor activity, market characteristics and optimize technology development trends in Marketplace / E-commerce
- Coordinating with related teams for promotional activities (Live Streaming, Events, etc.)
Qualification:
- Diploma's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferred 1 year experience in the same or related position, fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of Marketplace / E-commerce platform features and operating flow (such as Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.)
- Required skill(s): fluent in English is a plus
- Good communication skill
- Responsible, high initiative, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team with tight deadline
- Willing to work in Gading Serpong – Tangerang
