Job description for E-commerce Specialist at Honey International Indonesia
We are a Korean cosmetics company representing a wide array of popular and premium Korean beauty brands, including Tonymoly, AMPLE:N, Vella, On The Body, Chochoslab, Chosungah Beauty, Wonder Bath, Reen, Babience, Flor de Man, Pour La Peau, Tiam, and Mastina. Our mission is to bring these high-quality, innovative brands to the Indonesian market, enhancing beauty and confidence through authentic Korean skincare and cosmetics.
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow online sales of Korean cosmetic products across multiple marketplaces. This role is responsible for improving store performance, increasing sales, and enhancing product visibility in digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of marketplace stores (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, and images)
- Monitor and improve sales performance (traffic, conversion rate, and GMV)
- Manage campaigns, promotions, and flash sales on marketplaces
- Analyze sales data and product performance
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, warehouse, and marketing)
- Manage inventory and ensure product availability across platforms
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain store ratings
- Conduct market research, trends, and competitor analysis in the K-Beauty industry
- Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 3 years of experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or Marketplace Admin
- Hands-on experience managing marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
- Strong understanding of marketplace optimization (SEO, campaigns, ads)
- Proficient in data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Korean language proficiency is a plus (minimum TOPIK Level 3–4 preferred)
- Interest in cosmetics / K-Beauty industry
