Brand Executive – E-Commerce Specialist
Focus: Managing online sales and promotions across marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor sales performance across all e-commerce platforms.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for online content and visuals.
Manage product pricing, stock levels, and online product listings.
Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and online market trends.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports.
Qualifications:
Wo-men, maximum age 30 years old.
Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
Familiar with marketplace analytics tools and platform algorithms.
Creative, communicative, and passionate about digital marketing.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
