Job description for E-Commerce Officer at RealCo
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, e-commerce business.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok).
- Knowledge of the e-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with web design and keen eye to details.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage company's seller accounts and daily operations on online marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok).
- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce websites/portals.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphic design, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms.
- Build and monitor online shopping channels through marketing spend optimization, promotions, and new product introductions.
- Manage and execute the delivery of net sales as well as profit and loss targets of the business.
- Do sales marketing e-commerce analytics.
- Do inventory forecast and monitor inventory management strategy.
- Write website content including product and page descriptions.
- Update content and website links to optimize search engine ranking.
