E-commerce & Marketplace Operations Lead (Shopee, Tokopedia & Shopify)

Help us grow one of Indonesia’s leading specialty coffee brands.

Koro Roasters is a fast-growing specialty coffee company based in Bali. We roast Indonesian and international coffees for home brewers, cafés, and coffee lovers across Indonesia.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of our marketplace and ecommerce operations — from Shopee and Tokopedia to Shopify, customer experience, promotions, and growth.
This is not an admin role.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and helping a growing brand scale.
At Koro, you’ll work closely with founders, operations, production, content, branding, and marketing — and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company expands.
What You’ll Do

Marketplace Operations
Manage and grow our Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop stores
Optimize listings, SEO, bundles, pricing, promotions, and campaigns
Coordinate double-date and payday campaigns
Monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities
Help expand to additional marketplaces such as Lazada and Blibli
Ecommerce & Shopify
Help improve direct sales through our Shopify website
Support promotions, retention, repeat purchase, and customer journey improvements
Coordinate with marketing and content teams to improve conversion
Operations & Inventory
Work with our operations and procurement teams to ensure healthy stock levels
Coordinate marketplace inventory and third-party warehouses
Help manage fulfillment flows and avoid stock issues
Use tools such as BigSeller and inventory systems to maintain smooth operations
Customer Experience
Oversee customer service and improve conversion through better communication
Help improve repeat purchase and customer retention
Growth & Commercial Support
Support B2B outreach and relationship management when needed
Help identify new opportunities to grow revenue and operations
We Think You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have experience managing Shopee and/or Tokopedia stores
Understand ecommerce operations beyond just uploading products
Have worked with tools such as BigSeller, Jubelio, ERP, Shopify, CRM, or similar systems
Are organized, analytical, and proactive
Enjoy solving operational problems
Like working in a fast-moving environment
Can collaborate closely with different teams
Big Plus If You Have Experience With:
Shopee Ads / TikTok Shop Ads
Meta Ads or CPAS
Shopify / DTC ecommerce
Warehouse or inventory coordination
Marketplace campaigns (double date, payday, flash sales)
FMCG, food, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
