Overview
We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Operations Associate/Intern to join our fast-growing team at B2K Pet Care.
You will gain hands-on experience in real e-commerce operations, including product listings, online campaigns, TikTok content, Shopee/Lazada management, and order fulfilment support across multiple platforms like Shopify and TikTok Shop.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, interested in e-commerce and digital marketing, and wants real exposure to online business operations and growth.
Job Scope
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the company website (Shopify), including product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and website content.
- Plan and execute strategies to increase online traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
- Host or participate in TikTok Live sessions to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Plan, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplace platforms.
- Analyse website traffic, sales performance, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and customer behaviour using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and marketing activities.
- Work closely with the marketing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and an excellent customer experience.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales support when required.
Requirements
- O-Level, Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Online Sales, or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
- Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and basic digital marketing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting livestreams.
