WHC Labs SG is a dynamic e-commerce retailer company based in Paya Lebar, East, Singapore, dedicated to bringing the finest health and beauty supplements to Singapore and beyond. We are a fast-expanding team which started out in WHC Labs HK in 2018 and as we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E Commerce Exec to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our online operations while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values creativity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
The E Commerce Exec will be responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, including order processing, customer service, and campaign execution. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations on Shopify OS 2.0, managing email marketing campaigns using industry-standard tools, monitoring and analyzing website traffic through Google Analytics, and optimizing advertising efforts on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will also support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree or equivalent and have between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or a related field. Strong skills in customer service, order management, and digital marketing are essential, along with familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify OS 2.0, and Meta Ads. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are highly valued.
