This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our digital operations while gaining valuable experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce and social media marketing.
The E-Commerce Assistant and TikTok Co-Host will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store and managing our social media platforms. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, creating and managing TikTok content, conducting live e-commerce sessions, and assisting with digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the team, maintain a positive attitude, and ensure smooth operations across all channels.
This position is available for hybrid work arrangements, offering flexibility for the right candidate. Candidates should have an SMA/SMK education level and between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in customer service, digital marketing, order management, teamwork, store operations, and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word is required. Experience with TikTok Ads, live e-commerce, and Meta Ads is a plus.
