Job description for E-commerce and Customer Service (Remote) at Sachi Skin
We are looking for a smart graduate in Business, Finance or Maths or persons with Customer Service and E-commerce Order Processing experience to manage and ensure the smooth operations of ecommerce sales.
Tasks include:
- Taking care of the whole customer experience from order, purchase, shipment, emails to reviews.
- Replying to customer emails and business accounts
- Support wholesale and retail accounts with shipments, invoices, marketing materials
- Excellent problem solving skills to help resolve operational issues
- Reconcilation of daily and monthly payments and invoices- monthly reporting
- Track metrics across finance and marketing
- Liasing with freight companies to arrange effective shipment of goods
- Organising and updating the recording , documentation systems
- Ensuring packaging and regulatory needs are met
- Liasing with packaging suppliers to source materials efficiently
- Supplier inventory and purchase management
- Helping process admin queries
- Updating regulatory and legal documents
- Helping update and process website and ecommerce changes
- Drive improvements in processes and systems across the organisation.
