Job description for Dropshipping Project Leader at Penguin Secret Agency PTE, LTD
Job Description:
● Strategy & Operations: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for Dropshipping stores on Shopify, ... platforms.
● Market Research: Analyze US market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify "winning products" through data-driven research.
● Supply Chain Management: Liaise with suppliers and sourcing agents to ensure product quality, optimize Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and minimize shipping lead times.
● Cross-functional Coordination: Lead and coordinate with Creative teams (Content/Design) and Media Buying teams to launch high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
● Financial Management: Monitor P&L reports, manage advertising spend (ROAS/MER), and oversee project cash flow to ensure profitability.
● System Optimization: Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and proactively resolve issues related to payment gateways and advertising accounts.
Requirements:
● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dropshipping or International E-commerce operations. Proven experience in team management or leadership roles is a significant plus.
● Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Professional working proficiency, particularly in reading and writing, to communicate with international partners and deeply understand US consumer psychology).
● Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Dropshipping, Print-on-Demand (POD), or similar E-commerce business models.
❖ Proficiency in industry tools: Spy tools (AdSpy, Minea, etc.), Shopify ecosystem/apps, and Google Analytics.
❖ Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
● Soft Skills: Critical thinking, high-pressure problem-solving skills, and a result-oriented mindset with experience in managing KPIs/OKRs.
