Job description for Director of Live Streaming Operations at PT MeToo Beauty International
- Cooperate with the Live streaming host coordination work, responsible for the operation of TikTok e-commerce live project.
- Cooperate with the operation work, to ensure that the advertisement of placement, product online test , live room settings as scheduled
- Project expenditure and income coordination, project contract management and process promotion.
- The normal operation of daily live, including the background and equipment debugging / host organization and coordination, can control the whole live, cross-departmental coordination of the company's relevant teams to complete the live work.
- Responsible for the live data summary / review analysis and feedback / focus on the flow / conversion rate / repurchase rate / customer number and other key marketing indicators.
- Responsible for product interest points, and activities live program planning, script writing (sequence script, a product script) to coordinate the implementation
- Responsible for fan group maintenance, live after-sales, prize delivery, etc.
Job Requirement:
- Education is not limited
- Familiar with TikTok live broadcast operation mode, platform rules and skills are preferred.
- One-year working experience in e-commerce live broadcast operation on TikTiok platform is preferred.
- Proficient in Indonesian, English.
- Can Join as soon as possible.
