Job description for Digital Transformation Analyst at UPSENSE Teknologi Indonesia

WE ARE HIRING – IT DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ANALYST 🚀

We are looking for a high-impact IT Business Analyst / Digital Transformation Analyst to drive client business and digital transformation initiatives, will report directly to the IT Head and work closely with top management, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure every digital initiative is effective, relevant, and delivers real business value.

📍 Placement: Onsite Client (North Jakarta)

⏳ Duration: 6–12 Months Contract (Extendable)

Key Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar.
Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate needs into clear, scalable system solutions.
Experienced in requirement gathering, process improvement, functional specs, and Agile delivery.
Capable to supporting independently end-to-end digital use case delivery: design, build coordination, test, and deploy.
Strong communication with stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in.
Fluent in English is a must.
Confident in working with the IT Head and coordinating with top management.
Experience in Manufacturing Industries.
Understanding of Change Management & Software Development Cycles.
Background as an IT Developer is a Plus.
Experience in Project Management is a Plus.
