Job description for DIGITAL, SOCIAL AND ONLINE COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE at Base Entertainment Asia
Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan and run integrated digital marketing campaigns across different digital and marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Telegram, e-mail, SEM Display, Programmatic) with/without an agency.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns and social calendar for all products and business units to drive awareness and conversions.
• Set-up, monitor and report analytics from conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms. Prepare weekly digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimisation plans.
• Be aware of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
• Story-board and execute content production – social media shout-outs, viral videos, creative videos etc. Produce content on-the-go.
• Supporting in-house publicity team on event listing, social listening and day-to-day support as required.
Our Ideal Candidate
• A related degree preferably including marketing
• 1 year of relevant working experience
• Lives and breathes social media, good knowledge and/or experience of social media
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties
• A creative thinker and ready to take up initiatives and ownership of campaigns • Competent with design and video editing software
• Passionate about the live entertainment and media industry
• Able to work in fast-paced environment, good time-management skills, multi-tasker
