About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our Digital Sales & Customer Success team. This role combines revenue generation through digital sales with proactive customer success management, ensuring both growth and retention in a dynamic fintech environment. The ideal candidate is target-driven, empathetic, and excels in telesales within the banking or fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Sales & Client Conversion (60%)
- Drive digital sales with a target of IDR 2B monthly disbursement and acquisition of ≥15 new clients.
- Achieve ≥80% application-to-disbursal conversion rate and ≥7% IPA rate.
- Manage pipelines using CRM/LMS and perform consistent follow-ups to accelerate closing.
- Customer Success & Retention (20%)
- Meet SLA standards: respond to emails within 2 working hours; clear WhatsApp/IG daily with zero backlog.
- Handle escalations and client concerns with professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Document at least 2 customer success stories per quarter.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Share at least 2 marketing insights per month from client conversations.
- Collaborate with Risk and Credit Ops for 100% SLA compliance in documentation.
- Participate in quarterly system audits (CRM, AI Agent, LOS) with actionable insights.
- Contribute to at least 1 cross-team project per quarter (e.g., campaign design, pre-approval flow, or educational content).
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields from a reputable university.
- Experience: 2–3 years of telesales experience in a fast-growing bank or fintech company, with a proven track record in selling loan products (KTA, credit, etc.) and meeting ambitious targets.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong consultative selling approach with proven ability to understand client needs and build trusted relationships.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), both persuasive and empathetic.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Proficient in CRM/LMS, sales pipeline management, funnel conversion, and analytics.
- Target-oriented, detail-focused, and highly structured in execution.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to digital tools and agile workflows.
- High emotional intelligence and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Working Hours
This role requires flexibility to work on scheduled shifts:
- 13:00 – 21:00 (Full WFO, South Jakarta) – 1 headcount
- 20:00 – 03:00 (WFH) – Preferably based in Jakarta or Yogyakarta; training for the first 3 months in Jakarta – 1 headcount
- 03:00 – 10:00 (WFH) – Preferably based in Jakarta or Yogyakarta; training for the first 3 months in Jakarta – 1 headcount
