Job description for Digital Product Analyst (1-Year contract) at DBS Bank
- Collaborate with country teams, designers & developers to define the best in class digital customer journeys across all our products
- Be the voice of customer and evaluate existing customer journeys to identify gaps or new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
- Work with technology team to create repository of all mobile app journeys across all markets of DBS.
- Constantly look at customer feedback coming through various channels to identify pain points in current journeys.
- Explore and research mobile apps across banks, fintechs & commerce to identify & suggest new features can be built in to the digi bank app.
- Ideally has 1-3yrs experience in digital product management or building consumer apps (startup experience is preferred)
- Is comfortable with agile product development and tools ( Confluence, JIRA, user stories, epics)
- Is passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
- Is meticulous and systematic with an eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is comfortable in engaging different stakeholders from different units
- Understands both business & technology
- Is comfortable working with data and drawing insights
- Is a Fast learner, so that you can learn any of the above quickly , on the job.
- Is hands-on and has a bias towards getting things done.

- Build features and functionalities which will immediately and directly be used 5M+ customers of DBS.
