- Knowledge of current social media trends
- Good understanding of the fashion industry and all of its components

- Goal-oriented, flexible and ability to stay creative and positive under pressure
- Self-starter, with strong ability to initiate projects and see-through to completion.
- Ability to think beyond ‘what happened’ to ‘why it happened’ and ‘what we now do’
- Ability analyzes and research market to make new campaign strategy
- Integrate company sales strategy, platform activities and local festival events to make store promotion plan
- Marketing data analysis, providing the suggestion for marketing optimization
- Coordinating the team to design and provide complete materials for advertisement, promotion and campaign
- Use various promotional tools for online promotion; improve store exposure, clickthrough rate, and conversion rate
- Assist in dealing with local government, industry association and public media
- Produce weekly summaries of key performance indicators, weekly reporting, and insight to accelerate performance
- Identify risk and opportunities for web performance and boost customers shopping experience
