Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sunter for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing online campaigns through web analytics tools, and improving the company's online presence. The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to collaborate with internal teams to drive marketing initiatives, enhance customer engagement, and optimize digital performance.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, including Online Marketing strategies and ads to improve brand presence online.
- Plan, create and produce creative, engaging, and high-quality content for social media platforms to execute campaigns that emphasize the luxury and exclusivity of our diamond jewelry
- Collaborate with marketing team to create campaigns
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for Instagram, and TikTok.
- Research trends, audience insights, and competitors to inform creative ideas.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
- Monitor analytics and track KPIs such as views, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop & execute KOL marketing strategies in line with brand strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the high-end retail or jewelry sector is preferred
- Min. 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their analytics tools.
- Exceptional content creation skills, with experience in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and engage with the target audience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Proven track record of successfully growing social media accounts and executing impactful campaigns.
- Passion for staying updated on social media trends and applying innovative approaches to drive results.
- Proficient in English both verbally and written
