Job Description & Qualification
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversions
- Manage and optimize company website, social media, and email marketing campaigns
- Analyze website traffic, engagement metrics, and campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, digital marketing tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Ahrefs)
- Email marketing (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- SEO and SEM (Google Ads, Google Analytics, meta ads)
- Data analysis and reporting (Google Data Studio, Excel)
