Kualifikasi
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications or Related Field
At least 2 year’s relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of creating and evaluating social media content.
Familiarity with current trends on social media.
Familiarity with Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads and Google Ads.
Knowledge of SEO (keywords) is an advantage.
Possession of a certificate in digital marketing is an advantage.
Digital marketing jobdesk:
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (including Meta, Google, and email).
• Update and maintain website content and ensure accuracy in alignment with brand standards.
• Coordinate with regional and corporate teams for digital initiatives, SEO optimization, SEM and analytics tracking.
• Support paid media campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest feedback on various digital platforms.
• Update and maintain Sosial Media, Instagram, facebook, & Tiktok.
Content & Asset Management
• Maintain a digital content library, including photography, video, and design assets.
• Ensure consistent visual and message alignment across all digital channels.
• Assist in creating social media content calendars and coordinating content production with photographers, videographers, and designers.
• Update and maintain e-newsletter databases and ensure timely distribution.
Data & Reporting
• Compile monthly reports on digital performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign ROI.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital strategies based on analytics data.
• Assist in tracking online advertising expenses and verifying invoices.
Coordination & Administrative Support
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, offline service, etc) to promote our system digitally.
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers for advertising, design, and media-related tasks.
• Support departmental administrative duties such as preparing purchase requests, maintaining budget trackers, and organizing files.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the department head.
