Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the beauty, aesthetic, healthcare, or lifestyle industry
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing
- Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
- Proficient in social media management, content planning, and performance analytics
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willing to work on-site in Bali
Responsibilites
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, patient acquisition, and engagement
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars across all social media platforms
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and educational content
- Manage the clinic's website content and support SEO initiatives to improve online visibility
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and industry best practices
- Monitor online reviews, audience engagement, and social media interactions to maintain a positive brand image
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, photographers, videographers, and other marketing vendors when necessary
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's branding and communication standards
