● Build digital marketing strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, and audience
● Work on the execution of digital campaigns, production, and post-campaign reports review
● Handle all social media content creation and graphic design, and posting regular posts and
stories for organic and paid channels that consist of but are not limited to Instagram, Newsletter,
Website blog, and LinkedIn.
● Periodically engage our company partners and donors and maintain relationships through social
media platforms while also looking for and recommending new partnerships and influencers
● Improve company SEO and SEM using database decision making
● Analyze and create monthly reports on effectiveness of company digital marketing activities
(KPI, ROI, Engagement, CPC, etc.)
● Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple
channels and customer touch points
● Assist other company departments and functions if needed
2. Required Knowledge and Skills:
● Min 2 years experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or related position
● Proven track record creating marketing collaterals that lead to sales
● Must be willing to work in our office in Denpasar, Bali
● Ability to use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.
● Graphic Design skills are a must
● Video editing skill is an advantage
● Proficient use of MS.Word, MS.Excel, Gsuite
● Previous experience of working in a social enterprise or startup company is highly preferred
● Familiar with handling ads campaign across multiple channels, content production, SEO and SEM
● Time and project management skills, including working on multiple projects and meeting tight
deadlines, preferably using project management tools such as ASANA, Trello, etc.
● Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
● Respect for all people, ability to support the Mission, Vision, and Values of the company
● Team player, honesty, and a strong work ethic
● Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are necessary for this position
● Able to join as soon as possible is an advantage
