Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist at TokoTalk
About the Job
Own the performance marketing landscape and develop the growth on each channel to meet business goals.
The company growth depends on your duties and responsibilities as follow
● Plan, execute and optimize all performance marketing channels in several main platforms such as: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok and explore other potential channels.
● Able to identify the issue and create A/B tests on the campaign to maximise the performance marketing on a regular basis.
● Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis.
● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
● All decisions have to come from analysis, evaluation and reporting of online campaigns. Campaign goals have also to be based on business goals.
● Collaborate with internal teams for performance growth optimization.
● Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
● Proactive and adaptive attitude to accelerate growth where appropriate
The Essentials Skills and Traits we seek in you:
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field
A minimum of 5 years of experience
Digital agency background is preferable
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Solid knowledge of performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, GDS & Supermetrics)
Experience in setting up and optimizing any Advertising platform (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc)
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
