Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist at Kaji Business Consulting & Creative Agency
- Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (e.g. AppsFlyer and Google Analytics)
- Select strategic area for branding which fit with budget allocation
- Manage and optimize budget to grow the demand
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (UAC, SEM, YouTube), Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and AppsFlyer (or other app analytics)
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram paid platforms, LinkedIn and CRM software
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
