Job description for Digital Marketing Specialist at Impact

- Analyze and assess the performance of online advertising campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into insights and recommendations for revising the campaign strategy.
- Develop a comprehensive approach to performance measurement of web content, surfacing insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including, but not limited to, actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS metrics, etc, from various internal reporting.
- Manage search ads and display ads, including creating new campaigns, execute tests, along with optimizing copy and landing pages.
- Determine revenue forecasts and budgets to achieve targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends.
- Manage search engine marketing and optimization (SEM & SEO).
- Bachelor Graduate with min. GPA 3.5 out of 4.00 from any major is welcome (Applied Math / Engineering is preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of growth strategy SEM/SEO experience in B2B tech market
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Prior experience with using website analytics tools and generating marketing reports
- Exceptional research and analytical skills
- Data-driven, out-of-the box thinking, growth mindset, good communication skills
- Have a passion in building and growing a team is preferred
