Job description for Digital Marketing Senior Specialist at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd
- Develop long and short-term SEO strategies.
- Oversee or manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns with search engine marketing (SEM) strategists.
- Collaborate and oversee to produce compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts, page descriptions, sub-website.
- Work closely with Web master and IT team to employ customer experience and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users/lead and to help improve website performance.
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department (as social media team, PR) to align and manage SEO strategy, content website and other digital channels.
- Analyzes campaign performance and recommends solutions for performance optimization daily.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly, report rankings, and recommend tactics to optimize.
- Supervise on vendors, instructing them and manage in/out with their performance.
- Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any).
Requirements
1. Qualifications:
- At least with University/ College degree with experience in digital marketing, content, IT.
2. Experiences
- At least 3 year of experience in related field with proven achievements.
- A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO.
- A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations (Experience with SEO tools is big plus) .
- If you had various experience with different positions in digital marketing, it is a super big plus for this position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Data driven, customer centricity and positive mind-set.
- Ambitious to deliver innovation and high performance.
- Experienced with Insurance field a big plus.
- Fluency in MS Office & Business English.
- Nimble and responsive to meet demands, can manage multiple demands and agile when business needs and requirements change.
