Job description for DIGITAL MARKETING/PRODUCT MARKETING SPECIALIST at Mitra Talent Service
- Establish deep expertise in uncovering customer needs, understanding market context/competition, support formulation of positioning strategy, and developing differentiated messaging/creative assets
- Showcase products by translating product knowledge into high-impact messaging and programs that clearly communicate their value
- Support planning and executing go-to-market programs that drive product uptake and adoption.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing operations team for segmentation, scoring, attribution, and other operational elements to run effective, relevant, and well-targeted campaigns
- 1+ years of experience in a digital marketing/ business development
- Understand the business landscape of digital products for B2B or B2C
- Experience in market research, messaging, positioning, creative development, and campaign execution
- Have product marketing experience ideally within B2B (HRIS Management System) or B2C (fast moving product)
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategy
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
- Passion for working with technology products or fast moving product and solving consumer needs.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia & English
