Job description for Digital Marketing Officer (Aeon Mall Hai Phong) at Aeon Vietnam

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Digital Marketing Officer (Designer)
+ Work location: Aeon Mall Hai Phong Le Chan
+ Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift ((1 - 2 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per week)
+ Report to: Digital Marketing Executive/Sales & Marketing Manager
+ Work in Marketing team: 8 - 10 members
- Develop graphics, present the design to team, review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
- Work with agencies to produce effective video clips, visual content for different advertising channels
- Work with agencies to manage AEONMALL fanpage, website, upload campaign content, upload tenants' promotion & recruitment, response to customers' comments in an agreed timeline
- Work closely with related teams to analyse performance of marketing campaigns
- Acquire insights in marketing trends, keep strategies and tactics up-to-date
- Handle administration tasks for marketing team such as: making RFA, payment, contract…
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree, any fields.
2. Having 1 - 3 years experience in Marketing/Design or related fields is an advantage.
3. Good communication in English & Vietnamese
4. Candidates having skills/ knowledge of photoshop or AI (Adobe Illustrator) is an advantage.
5. Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
6. Have good teamwork spirit
7. Willing to work in shift (5 - 7 afternoon shift (13:30PM - 22:30PM) per month)
