Job Description :
1. Performance Growth & Revenue Management
- Analyze GMV growth (MoM) and develop actionable strategies to achieve at least 5% monthly growth.
- Manage multi-channel ROI with a minimum baseline of 800%, ensuring optimal marketing efficiency.
- Monitor Product Volume Sold Growth and Customer Growth MoM, aligning sales and user growth with business goals.
- Track Traffic-to-Buyer Conversion (CVR) to measure and improve digital funnel effectiveness.
2. Budget Efficiency & Campaign Optimization
- Maintain Spending Ratio on Marketing Activation (target 10–12%) to ensure proportional budget allocation to revenue.
- Track CPM efficiency and ensure continuous MoM improvement of at least 1.5%.
- Evaluate Campaign Penetration Growth (≥10%) and Budget Penetration Index (BPI ≤500) as performance benchmarks for paid campaigns.
- Strategically allocate budgets across channels to minimize cost per result while maximizing reach and engagement.
3. Experimentation & A/B Testing
- Design and execute a minimum of 4 A/B experiments per month, such as new CEP, challenges, or campaign concepts.
- Measure A/B Testing Win Rate (target ≥33%) to determine high-performing initiatives.
- Evaluate influencer ROI by tier, especially macro and mega KOLs, maintaining a baseline ROI of ≥3.0.
- Document all test outcomes and deliver actionable insights for future campaign planning.
4. Reporting & Data Insights
- Develop comprehensive monthly reports covering GMV, ROI, CVR, CPM, BPI, and experimentation outcomes.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for future marketing optimization.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure performance insights are effectively implemented.

- Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented (understanding digital marketing is a must)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and proactive in responding to changing digital trends.
- Highly organized with strong documentation habits.
- Able to work dynamically and willing to take out-of-town assignments.
- Experienced and understanding the mom and baby industry is a plus
