Job description for Digital Marketing Intern at PT. BEONE OPTIMA SOLUSI
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and execution of social media content (Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn): ideation, copywriting, simple design, video editing, and scheduling/posting
- Assist with community management by responding to comments and messages based on guidelines
- Support digital campaign activities (basic): prepare ad materials, conduct simple audience/keyword research, and monitor performance
- Assist in updating website/landing page content and implementing basic SEO (title, keywords, meta)
- Compile simple performance reports for content and campaigns (insights and key metrics)
Requirements:
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate with strong interest in digital marketing and content creation
- Proficient in Canva and CapCut (mandatory)
- Familiar with social media trends and basic copywriting principles
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, communicative, and eager to learn; able to work collaboratively
- Preferred: exposure to Meta/Google Ads, Google Analytics/Search Console, WordPress/CMS, or basic SEO
- Willing to work from office at Greenlake City, Cipondoh
