Who We Are:
Quest is an On-Demand Services Marketplace where users can seek help from others for timely, cost-competitive services, and simultaneously offer their services through the app. In addition to benefiting the service seeker, the platform also aims to help freelancers reach out to more leads and increase income opportunities without the worries of safety or payments. Quest is a government and university-backed start-up supported by Enterprise Singapore, National Youth Council, SMU's Business Innovations Generator (BIG) by IIE, and has garnered over 4,000 users on our testbed telegram channel within 4 months of operations. The Quest app has been consistently ranked in the App Store Top 10 Chart since mid-June.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Intern to join us. You will get the autonomy to develop our SEO strategy from scratch, produce optimising content and upskill in website and data management. If you are creative, independent, a little weird, and love to get your hands dirty, we would love to have you over for a chat over coffee!
What you’ll gain:
• Discover the tools of the SEO trade like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz. (disclaimer: there’ll be a lot of independent research and trials involved so be ready!)
• Learn independently to perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation;
• Learn to conduct technical audits to improve organic ranking
• Support Search Engine Marketing (SEM) research and initiatives (building backlinks)
• Learn to structure campaigns on FB Ads, Google AdWords and Email Marketing flows
What we are looking for:
• We need an intern who is an independent learner, takes initiative, adaptable and ambitious (as you’ll be driving the very early-stages of our processes).
• You're able to commit to a part-time internship, for min. 3 months (Start immediately). If you’re available full-time, you are encouraged to apply as well.
• Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels and experience with SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing and digital based marketing campaigns and measuring tools. Experience can include personal projects in which you’ve familiarised with these tools.
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
