Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive (Client Servicing & Project Management), you will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of client marketing campaigns. This role combines strong client servicing with hands-on digital marketing skills — coordinating internal and external teams, managing client relationships, and reporting on campaign performance across social and digital platforms. You will act as the key liaison between clients, freelancers, and internal specialists to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and renewals are proactively managed.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Management
- Set up and manage project dashboards in Asana for each campaign.
- Coordinate internal teams (content, design, ad‑buy) and external freelancers (writers, videographers, designers).
- Track deliverables against timelines; flag risks early.
- Review freelancer‑submitted work for quality before client delivery.
- Maintain master sheets for articles, client data, and campaign status.
Client Servicing & Renewals
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Manage day‑to‑day communication, approvals, and feedback.
- Proactively schedule renewal discussions with the Sales Director.
- Publish monthly B2B eDMs for client outreach.
Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Compile post‑campaign reports using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Insights.
- Collect and analyze client feedback/NPS to identify improvement areas.
- Support proposal development with market research and analytics.
Freelancer & Asset Management
- Scout and onboard freelance talent across multiple disciplines.
- Maintain a freelancer database (skills, rates, performance).
- Curate marketing collateral and keep the asset library organized.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination in a marketing/agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana) and CRM systems (Zoho).
- Strong digital marketing skills: campaign monitoring, reporting, and analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads).
- Experience reviewing freelancer deliverables and managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident in client meetings and renewal discussions.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with content/video production operations.
- Basic design or ad‑buy coordination experience
