Exciting Job Opportunities:
Our resort is looking for a creative, commercially-minded storyteller to drive the social and digital presence as Marketing Executive of Chapung Sebali.
This role is especially focused on the marketing and promotion of the hotel's outlets and is responsible for updating and maintaining all marketing channels, both internal and external.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
• Minimum 2 years as Marketing Executive or as Assistant Marketing Manager
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Good organizational and time-management skills with reliability
• Comfortable with Instagram/TikTok/social media
• Basic understanding of branding and hospitality
• Curious and eager to learn
• Good energy and personality
• Attention to detail
• Able to coordinate between teams
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Hospitality management
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Main Responsibilities
• Coordinate content shoots with photographers and creatives
• Schedule and manage social media posts
• Communicate with influencers and collaboration partners
• Reply to partnership and collaboration requests
• Update promotions and marketing offers
• Support email marketing campaigns
• Monitor and update OTA listings
• Track basic marketing KPIs and campaign results
• Support hotel events and promotional activities
• Coordinate between operations, sales, and creative teams
