Job description for Digital Marketing Assistant at Expertise Technologies Pte Ltd
Join our team in a dynamic outsourced project. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to support digital marketing initiatives, content management, website updates, project coordination, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and collation of comments on marketing deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to consolidate feedback and ensure on-time fulfilment of campaign deliverables.
- Review the content of marketing materials to ensure comments and feedback have been addressed as well as grammatical accuracy.
- Execute website updates such as text changes and document uploads using Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Support digital content initiatives, including:
- Coordinating annual digital content audits, inventory tracking and reporting.
- Assisting with articles rewriting and optimisation for SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Coordinating content reviews, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Annual YouTube content audit coordination, inventory, and reporting.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of marketing systems, including:
- Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Tracking and reporting duties.
- Provide general administrative support, including:
- Scheduling meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
- Preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Filing of digital assets.
- Supporting inventory and stock-taking activities.
- Perform other administrative and project support duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or GCE 'A' Level qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, content management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), preferably experience with Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or CapCut.
- Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS), Sitecore, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, organisational, stakeholder management, project coordination, and time management skills.
- Comfortable learning in using new marketing systems.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to enhance work productivity.
