Job description for Digital Marketing & Partnership Intern (Education) at Singapore Education Network
About SEN
The Singapore Education Network (SEN) is currently looking for a Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time (20 hours) intern with passion for the education sector. The intern will be expected to do extensive research about various segments of the education industry such as higher education, K12, Edtech in Asia. Also, he/ she is expected to support the SEN with managing its website and social media updates, organize events (webinar or in person) as well as coordinate other initiatives in the education space. This internship offers the chance to get insights into various aspects of the education landscape in Singapore and beyond and get connected to different stakeholders of the education sector.
Job-scope:
- Initiate, prepare and manage LinkedIn campaigns
- Create various SEN marketing templates, designs and documents
- Work with marketing partners for email campaigns and other outreach activities
- Maintain various SEN Portals, ie a Job Portal, Events Portal, Reports Portal, EdTech Portal
- Update and improve SEN website including increasing profile pages on SEN page
- Promote and grow partnerships for Job Portal and EdTech Portal
- Support other business development efforts if needed
Requirements:
- Current student in any discipline
- Reliable and meticulous working style
- Proactive and creative
- Experience in digital marketing, Facebook & Linkedin Marketing
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Interest for the education industry
- Good English writing & oral skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Proficient in Canva and Wix
- Knowledge of Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Hubspot is a plus
