You will be
Come join a creative team dedicated to developing new business segments in the FinTech industry. We are looking for a Digital Marketer to support our new business unit on our marketing initiatives. You'll be given the opportunity to have a large impact on the business, working with cross-functional teams. The right candidate will feel comfortable working in a lean, performance-driven environment while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Help to plan, design and lead campaigns across all marketing channels including digital marketing, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), events, email marketing to drive sign ups
- Work with design team on marketing materials for digital campaigns
- Execute and optimise creative media on paid ads platform within a budget allocation to maximise results
- Coordinate launch campaigns from timing to delivery with internal and external partners
- Establish workflows for managing new campaign processes
- Monitor and consistently improve performance key metrics and ROI to ensure funnel performance
- Manage in person launch of courses
- Monitor weekly performance metrics to understand paid ads and campaign performance across analytics and tracking tools
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- This will be a hands-on role requiring to get in depth of analysis, recommend and execute to grow the campaign performance
- Experience with education or FinTech sectors is a plus
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
