Job description for Digital Branding and Marketing at CV Cahaya Kencana
- Develop digital performance marketing strategy across business verticals (B2C, B2B) for paid channels
- Develop digital marketing strategy & campaigns that generate awareness & sales
- Executing marketing plans as planned in an efficient manners
- Content planning & budgeting for digital marketing campaigns
- Create and optimize "always-on" digital advertising channels daily for all channels
- Monitor & report all digital ads channel performance - Control and support third party ads execution partner
- Analyze and maximize all the digital ads channel for a better cost metrics (CPC, CPAS, etc)
- Formulate and create monthly / annual budgeting for digital ads - Collaborate closely within a cross
- functional team (with Brand, - - Content & Community Marketing, CRM, Creative, Growth Product, Commercial, Finance, etc) to ensure integrated and consistent marketing campaigns, delivered on-time and in full
- Work closely with in-house creative division and brand team to conceptualize, develop, and test rapidly evergreen and dynamic creatives that drive relevant traffic that convert to sales.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or relevant field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome, but work experience in related field is more preferred
- Proficient at basic team tool such as Excel, Google Sheet, and proficient in using digital ads platform such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic Ads (Including premium placements and ad networks )
- Understand the concept and experienced in doing funnel marketing, and applying it to digital media planning, and digital ad metrics to measure each marketing funnel performance
- Data driven, detail oriented & diligent
- Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaign strategies, and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Passionate online marketing
- Target oriented & high achiever
- Great team worker & have a good leadership skill
- Exceptional time management skills : ability to organize, prioritize & manage multiple projects with overlapping goals & objectives
- Skills in SEO would be a ++
