We’re a digital marketing agency based in Bali, working with clients across hospitality, F&B, wellness, and retail. We work intentionally — every campaign has a clear goal, and every client’s budget is treated like our own.
The Role
We’re looking for an Ads Specialist who can independently manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns across multiple clients. You’ll own the full cycle — from building the ads plan, setting up campaigns, daily optimization, to delivering clear monthly reports.
This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who is comfortable working inside Ads Manager, can read performance data, and knows what to do when a campaign isn’t working.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, set up, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) campaigns for agency clients
• Build monthly ads plans per client: campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative direction
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports that are clear and actionable
• Coordinate with the creative team on ad materials and briefs
• Join monthly Strategic Planning sessions with clients and the internal team
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads (not just boosting posts)
• Comfortable working inside Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4
• Able to build campaigns from scratch: structure, audience, tracking setup, creative brief
• Used to managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Can produce clean, easy-to-understand performance reports for clients
• Google Ads Search Certification or Meta Blueprint is a plus
• Self-driven — you optimize without being reminded and you actively look for ways to improve
Nice to Have
• Previous experience at a digital marketing agency (not brand in-house)
• A portfolio of real campaign results you can walk us through
