Job description for DIGITAL ACQUISITION & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT at PT Utama Globalindo Cargo

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Management atau bidang relevan.

• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di Digital marketing, B2B sales, business development, corporate sales, logistics sales atau digital acquisition.

• Memahami Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads danLinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Mampu melakukan prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation dan closing.

• Memahami dasar SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn prospecting dan digital funnel.

• Mampu membaca data campaign dan menghubungkannya dengan lead quality serta revenue.

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi bisnis dalam Bahasa Indonesia danBahasa Inggris.

• Pengalaman menjual freight forwarding, domestic distribution, trucking, warehousing, customs clearance, courier B2B atau supply-chain solution.

• Memahami costing dan gross-margin dasar jasa logistik.

• Terbiasa menggunakan CRM dan mengelola pipeline.

• Memiliki existing network di manufacturing, FMCG, retail, automotive, healthcare, electronics atau trading.

• Pernah mengelola landing page atau lead-generation campaign.

• Pernah menangani RFQ, tender atau enterprise sales cycle.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

1. Profitable revenue

Revenue wajib menjadi KPI, tetapi jangan berdiri sendiri. Deal beromzetbesar dengan margin tipis atau risiko tinggi tidak boleh dianggap performabagus.

2. New customer acquisition

Customer baru dihitung sebagai active customer setelah ada shipment atautransaksi berbayar, bukan sekadar meeting, quotation atau trial gratis.

3. Lead Generation & Pipeline quality

Pipeline harus memiliki customer fit, kebutuhan nyata, decision maker, estimated value, timeline dan next action.

4. Customer growth

Customer yang sudah didapat harus dikembangkan menjadi repeat order, cross-sell dan account dengan contribution yang stabil.
