Job description for DevOps Engineer at PT. Fortech Indotama

- Minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), atau peran serupa yang berfokus pada otomatisasi infrastruktur dan siklus rilis software development.

- Mengerti mendalam tentang alur kerja aplikasi web modern, arsitektur Client-Server, manajemen jaringan (DNS, Load Balancing, VPC, Subnetting), serta pengelolaan protokol HTTP/HTTPS demi menjaga ketersediaan sistem.

- Mahir menyusun, mengelola, dan mengotomatisasi pipeline Continuous Integration dan Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) secara terstruktur menggunakan tools seperti Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, atau GitLab CI/CD.

- Memahami konsep dasar arsitektur pendukung kecerdasan buatan seperti deployment model LLM, penyediaan infrastruktur untuk sistem RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), serta optimasi environment untuk vector database dan beban kerja berbasis Computer Vision/OCR.

- Menguasai konsep dan penggunaan Infrastructure as Code (seperti Terraform atau OpenTofu) serta terbiasa mengelola layanan cloud (seperti AWS, Azure, atau Google Cloud Platform) secara kolaboratif.

- Memiliki keahlian mendalam dalam penggunaan Git (GitHub/GitLab) untuk kontrol versi kode infrastruktur, serta mahir dalam teknologi kontainerisasi (Docker) dan orkestrasi skala besar (Kubernetes).

- Terbiasa bekerja dalam lingkungan Agile/Scrum menggunakan Jira untuk menyelaraskan tugas otomatisasi infrastruktur, penanganan incident, dan pemeliharaan sistem dengan siklus sprint tim developer.

- Bisa membaca dan menulis kode pemrograman dasar/skrip (terutama Python atau Bash) untuk otomatisasi sistem, serta memahami alur kerja arsitektur sistem web scraping dan konfigurasi perangkat pendukung (seperti UPS sistem/imigrasi jika relevan).

- Memiliki kemampuan menganalisis akar masalah (root-cause analysis) yang rumit, sangat detail-oriented terhadap keamanan dan akurasi konfigurasi sistem, serta adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi Cloud & AI terbaru.

- Memiliki sertifikasi resmi yang relevan di bidang Cloud atau DevOps (seperti AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), atau sertifikasi kredibel sejenis).
